We ship our product to individuals and retailers globally.
Domestic US Shipping
We ship all orders via US Postal Service (USPS) within 2-3 business days. Please allow 3-5 business days from the time of shipment to receive your order.
We offer Priority Mail shipping. Please allow 2-3 business days from the time of shipment to receive your order.

Canada & United Kingdom: We ship to Canada and the UK with or without tracking options. Priority Mail provides tracking, Standard Mail does not. We insure all of our Standard International Mail just in case the package does become lost or stolen. If this happens the USPS will put an investigation out into the whereabouts of the package. It takes up to 17 days for them to complete. Once they have finalized their report we will either replace or refund if they package cannot be located.
All other countries: We only ship Priority Mail as this is the cheapest yet a reliable tracking service. Please allow 6-10 business days for your order to arrive using this service.
Customs Charges: Some International orders will be charged for customs (tax) once inside your country. Please note that we cannot confirm if and when orders will be charged however please be aware of this prior to ordering. Charges vary but many seem to come most frequently from the UK and are about £12.
We accept returns within 15 days from the time when you receive your order. We offer a full refund, credits, gift certificates, and other offers when returning so please let us know what works best for you.
How To Complete a Domestic Return?
Easy! Email us, we will send you a return label. Print and tape your label on the box and place it in the closest USPS mailbox!
Please email us as our system does not allow us to create return labels due to customs.
When making a return we ask that you please provide us with a reason. If there is a quality issue please tell us. If you just don't like the thing, just tell us! Your feedback makes us better. Without you there would be no us.
