We accept returns within 15 days from the time when you receive your order. We offer a full refund, credits, gift certificates, and other offers when returning so please let us know what works best for you.

Holiday Shipments - Domestic Only
We ship all orders via US Postal Service (USPS). Please click here to review their estimated shipping times for the holiday season. We ship within 1-2 days during this period. Please be sure to make any final purchases for Christmas before December 19th in order for your package to be shipped and delivered on time. If you want to ensure your package gets to you on time between December 19th and December 21st, you should choose the Priority Mail shipping method during checkout.
